Petards, the AIM quoted developer of advanced security and surveillance systems, announces that it has today published a circular convening a general meeting for 9 August 2012 at which a resolution will be proposed which, if passed, would give the authority to issue shares and allow the Company to undertake a fundraising on the basis of a pre-emptive open offer to shareholders.
